Cancellation Policy
At Opal Aesthetics, we value your time and commitment to your aesthetic goals. We strive to provide a serene and personalized experience, allocating sufficient time for consultations and appointments to ensure you feel heard and understood.
We understand that life happens; unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution. However, we also require a mutual respect for our time and the time of our practitioners.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or is a No-Show, we will charge the card on file a fee of $50.
- This policy applies to all appointments, including consultations (though consultations are complimentary at this time).

This cancellation policy is an industry standard and helps maintain accountability. It allows us to:
- Respect the time of our practitioners and other clients
- Ensure that we can accommodate other clients who are seeking appointments, as last-minute cancellations often mean that another client cannot be scheduled in that time slot
- Continue providing personalized attention and exceptional service
Consultation Policy:
While consultations are currently complimentary, we do require card information to secure your appointment. This ensures that you are committed to attending the consultation and allows us to maintain our cancellation policy.
